Facilitation of learning in youth mobility projects

The aim of the TC is to look into the quality of youth learning mobility projects and put more emphasis on non-formal learning process and the facilitation of it.

With this project we are aiming to look closely into the quality of learning mobility projects in the field of youth and put more emphasis on non-formal learning and facilitation of it. Which means keeping the ballance between fun and serious, professional and personal development, working with the group and addressing the needs of individuals, raising awareness of ones own learning and transfering the learning results into the communities and/or society. Objectives: • Develop understanding of non-formal education principles and their role in learning mobility projects; • To develop understanding of quality in learning mobility and introduce tools that can help in maintaining it (Q! App); • To improve participants’ professional competences which will help them facilitate learning in all phases of learning mobility projects (preparation, implementation, evaluation, follow-up) • Develop understanding of importance of reflection in educational activities and provide participants with the competence of guiding reflection process of youngsters: designing reflection questions and running the process; • To improve participants’ competencies to adjust, adapt and create new methods based on non-formal education methodology; • To introduce focus groups as a learning opportunity and a way to evaluate and research non-formal education process; • To create space for future Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps projects development and ensuring the quality of the projects through developing common understanding of learning mobility quality principles specifically connected to non-formal learning.

This Training Course is for 27 participants from Germany, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, Republic of North Macedonia, Romania, Spain and recommended for Youth workers, Youth leaders, Youth project managers, Educators

Participation fee

There is no participation fee.

Accommodation and food

Accommodation and food during the training course will be covered by the organizers.

Travel reimbursement

Travel expenses up to the indicated limit will be reimbursed:
  • Lithuania – 20 euro
  • Latvia – 70 euro
  • Poland – 150 euro
  • Germany – 290 euro
  • Italy – 280 euro
  • Republic of North Macedonia – 300 euro
  • Spain – 360 euro
  • Portugal – 360 euro
  • Romania – 280 euro
Reimbursement will be done according to the real costs and provided travel documents. Travel reimbursement will be done via bank transfer after all the original travel documents will be presented to the organizers.
